Secondarie friendies are grouped into 3 different grades, Grade A, Grade B, or Grade C, based on a rating scale of Logo, case, retail box and visually. 

Grade A: Brand new with minor faults

- minor scratch or visual flaw, slightly damaged box, minor imperfections to the case

Grade B: Ex-retail stock

- small scratch or visual flaw, damaged box or white generic box, imperfections on the case, logo imperfections.

Grade C: Refurbished stock

- scratch or visual flaw, may have no retail box, imperfections on the case, logo imperfections, minor functioning flaw that does not impact sound (e.g. loose headband adjustments, flimsy buttons). 

Products are 100% functioning, had met our global standards but did not meet our stricter local standard policies. 

The product will be tagged with a small sticker on the box with grade given and the reason why.
