Need a repair for your tech accessories? Keep it eco-friendly with Repair by our authorized Technicians. Your wallet will thank you! 

We would love to help! Send your Friendie Tech Accessories (including headphones, speaker, audio sunglasses, watch bands) back for a repair. The repair cost is a flat rate and includes all labour and parts required by the technician to bring it back up to looking like new.

Please note that this is a special rate service for friendie products only. 
The repair service includes the following:

• Replacement parts to get your headphones looking like new.
• Technicians time to fix your product - unlimited time.
• Return postage - the postage will be paid by the sender (you pay to us, we pay for returning the product to you).
• If we cannot fix your product, it will be replaced by the same or similar product (The technician reserves the right to replace it with a like for like certified refurbished product) .
• Valid products are only those on the selection. Your selection must match your product. 
• The colour of your product is not required, as we see your product when received.

• Include your name and return address on the back of the parcel, and ensure that your product is packaged with love and care. You don’t need to include all your original packaging such as your original box, but it’s a good idea to pop products in their protective cases or bubble wrap.
• Inside the parcel, please include a completed copy of the FRIENDIE RETURNS FORM. This may have been emailed to you, or you can find a copy on this page. 
• Please ensure you have adequate tracking and insurance on your parcel- we can’t be liable for any parcels on their way back to us.
• Our technicians will repair or replace your Friendie product within 4 business days of receiving. They will keep you informed throughout the process, and let you know when your Friendie is repaired and being sent back to you. Once we have them, they are our responsibility, and it’s our prerogative to ensure they are returned to their owner, sparkly and new.
