We would love to help! Send your headphones, speaker or audio sunglasses back for a repair. The repair cost is a flat rate and includes all labour and parts required by the technician to bring it back up to looking like new. This is a special rate for our Friendie family only.
The postage will be paid by the sender (you pay to us, we pay for returning the product to you).

- Include your name and return address on the back of the parcel, and ensure that your product is packaged with love and care. You don’t need to include all your original packaging such as your original box, but it’s a good idea to pop products in their protective cases or bubble wrap.
- Inside the parcel, please state the store you purchased from, your customer invoice number or include copy of your receipt, and write a brief line explaining the main issue with your product.
- Please ensure you have adequate tracking and insurance on your parcel- we can’t be liable for any parcels on their way back to us!
- Our technicians will repair or replace your Friendie product within 4 business days of receiving. They will keep you informed throughout the process, and let you know when your Friendie is repaired and being sent back to you. Once we have them, they are our responsibility, and it’s our prerogative to ensure they are returned to their owner, sparkly and new.
